Welcome to Helixor Power. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at helixor-power.com and our whisky tasting services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Helixor Power ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Helixor Power provides premium whisky tasting experiences in Scotland, including:
- Guided whisky tastings and educational sessions
- Distillery tours and exclusive access experiences
- Private tastings and corporate events
- Whisky masterclasses and certification courses

3. Age Restrictions and Responsible Service
Minimum Age Requirement: All participants in our whisky tasting experiences must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo identification must be presented upon arrival.
Responsible Service: We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated
- Limit the amount of alcohol served to any individual
- Request additional identification if required
- Terminate any experience if participants behave inappropriately
4. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by telephone
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
- Group bookings may require special arrangements and deposits
Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund unless we can resell your place
- Same day: No refund
Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any experience due to:
- Insufficient bookings (minimum numbers not met)
- Adverse weather conditions
- Circumstances beyond our control
- Health and safety concerns
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled experience
- Behave respectfully towards staff and other participants
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
- Inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance
- Not to consume alcohol before arriving if driving
- Arrange appropriate transportation if alcohol will be consumed
- Respect the property and equipment of distilleries and venues
6. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please note:
- Participation is at your own risk
- You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Pregnant women are advised not to participate in tastings
- Some venues may have uneven surfaces or stairs
- Photography may be restricted in certain areas
- We reserve the right to remove anyone who poses a safety risk
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and in our materials, including:
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Tasting notes and educational materials
- Audio and video content
- Software and functionality
are owned by Helixor Power or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Photography and Marketing
By participating in our experiences, you consent to:
- Being photographed or filmed during the experience
- Use of your image in our marketing materials
- Publication of photos on our website and social media
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of your experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all warranties, whether express or implied
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Participants assume responsibility for their personal belongings
- We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for all participants
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or flooding
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Industrial action or labour disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:
